We stand behind every item we sell and want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Free return shipping only applies to U.S and Canada customers and is limited to three per customer. To return an item, simply follow these return procedures:

  1. Contact our Customer Support department within 30 days of purchase by one of the following:
  2. Tell us if you wish to return or exchange your order.
  3. Within one business day of your phone call, email or form submittal we will email you a pre-paid, fully insured USPS 2-Day label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely package your items including a RMA number that must be written on the outside of the container. The same process is for exchanges also.
  4. Take your order and the label to the nearest USPS location and simply mail it back to us. If you need packaging materials, USPS will assist you.
  5. Your order should arrive in our office within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  6. All refunds will be processed within two weeks, in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires will be refunded via company check.
  7. Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and you are reimbursed, make a separate purchase for the new item. 
  8. NOTE: Items that have been damaged during shipping do NOT need to be returned. We just request pictures sent to us so we can confirm the damage. In this case the refund will be quicker. We will email you instructions.


Additional Terms & Conditions:

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges,

  • Gift Cards or reduced/sale items.
  • Custom items as in custom lithophane nightlights and tags.
  • Any item that is otherwise marked as non-returnable through the item’s listing.


Items sent to our office without a RMA number, packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period, or packages that are improperly packaged will not be accepted.

Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition” to be deemed acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at or  call us at 1-(931)-450-8465 and we will make it right.
